Selected for the Paddington Art Prize 2024



My painting, 'Evolution of Land, Sky and Rain', acrylic in linen, 139 x 155 cm has been slected for this years Paddington Art Prize. Finalists worksto be exhibited at Art Leven Gallery, Sydney.

" . The cyclical nature of renewal and destruction of the land and its rivers is embodied with heraldic emblems of lightning, river tracks and sediment layers overseen by incumbent skies. This is a land submerged and awakened with the cyclical passage and the restoration of rain and tides. It speaks of a growing awarness of the ecological significance of water as a finite resource."
